Tyler Shockley

Tyler has spent a decade implementing innovative accounting solutions through technology and better processes in several different industries and businesses. He started Eagle in April 2021 with a simple idea of providing basic accounting services. That was quickly eclipsed after realizing that what business owners wanted was not just someone to keep their books, but someone to help them make their entire back office less of a headache. With that inspiration Eagle expanded its services to include technology implementation and advising. This drew from Tyler’s experience with multiple flexible solutions serving large businesses with hundreds of employees, mom and pop shops with just a few employees, and entrepreneurs just starting to make waves all on their own. As we continue to use this experience to increase our reach, we remain steadfast in our mission: to build community through accounting technology. A data analyst turned bookkeeper that powers smalls businesses.

Olivia Shockley

Olivia graduated from Corban University in 2015 and quickly landed her first job at the local hospital in Salem, Oregon. There she spent seven years working in a fast paced hospital lab doing data entry and document management. In this time, she worked through implementations of a multitude of new laboratory technology. She developed a keen sense for great customer service and how to implement systems and processes that make sense to those using them every day. Olivia also took on leadership roles as she regularly helped train new employee’s on the multitude of tasks and tech.

Olivia brings this experience to our clients where she breaks down complex accounting into easy to follow processes. Her superior customer service skills and organizational expertise help keep things on track both internally and for our clients.
